We provide assistance to our IPTV Reseller with any panel issues. IPTV Subscription credentials are usually sent to the client registered email within 1 business day after receiving a clear payment!. the client is responsible for getting to know how IPTV works and its nature.
We perform maintenance to our servers from time to time, this could happen anytime and the time frame is not estimated.
Service Cancellation
You do not have to inform us if you plan to cancel your subscription or place it on hold.
If you decided to put your subscription on hold your service will stop once you reach the end of the duration of your current subscription. No payment is needed to cancel or place on hold your subscription.
Subscriptions
TV PLUS STREAM guarantees that all the TV subscriptions codes purchased from our website will be activated for the agreed-on period, for any issue that comes to the servers, stopping or not working content contact us and we will do our best to fix the problems. TV PLUS STREAM doesn’t sell any type of IPTV boxes it is the client’s responsibility to obtain their own box.
In case you change your mind after purchasing the subscription and wish to alter your plan (add extra time or connections) you can contact us within 7 days of the purchase and we will assist you to do so.
Payment
Your payment is handled by Creditcard, Bitcoin, and Crypto payment gateways. If the transaction failed, contact your bank and ask them to allow the transaction.
